History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gunter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Born to a Dilettante, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family
