History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Arnold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Arnold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
