Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tattered old clothes, and is pretty ugly. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Alex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Aldous hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats.

History: Odo hails from a village terrorized by giants. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: An older man who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Engraver born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Engraver business.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants
