Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second son.
