History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Gardener, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he is content

Description: This malnourished man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty pastel coat over it. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Tim was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
