Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Lance was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many orcs want him driven away

History: Alex was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Reynard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Reynard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
