Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear green clothing when he does not wear armor, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in the west to a Mortician, Rolf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Bernard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He is a Bookbinder first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
