Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of a Bellfounder, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
