Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.
