History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Apothecary arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a great chef.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
