Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Jocelyn lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Brewer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Heward learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
