Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. During his travels, Miles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Miles discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Miles fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His tied-back hair is silver. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: Anselm was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: He is in excellent shape and is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, tan shirt, and brown tie. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to work out more often

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.
