Description: An older man who wears just a blue suit, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a flattop hair cut. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Reynard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
