The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Adventurer, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Roland has worked very hard to control his curse. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents enrolled him in a Adept school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of giants
