Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and doesn't want to be a roofer and was forced into it by his family

His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his violet boots flare out at the collars. His auburn hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. A true patriot, Gerald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and carries daggers. His golden hair is long and unkept. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spice Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he's repulsed by the pc
