History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Doctor. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Dean will drive conversation. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
