Personal [hide]
Description: An older man who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, he is not a threatening figure. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Richard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
