History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
