History: Born to a Crown-heir, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Kody was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against brigands

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hubert isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
