Personality: He is happy with his job as a Stableman. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

His hair is long and blonde with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roland does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance.
