He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Patrick and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Odo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is an amazing painter.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
