Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Ernest began to lead the lost caravan. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Randal is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his father's many stories. When Randal reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sculptor.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
