History: The child of a Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He now mingles about in high society.
