His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born to a Dilettante, his father struggled to pay the bills. Nicholas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Fletcher and occasionally as a mercenary.
