History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has worked as a Layabout like his mother before him.

History: Arnold was born with his mother's beautiful face. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Lance was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Guard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
