History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He got into the Glassblower business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Laborer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Carter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. Theobald is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. He has moderate length silver hair. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Conrad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
