Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Bertram was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Interpreter born in the past three hundred years. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the east to a Interpreter, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Interpreter. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to end his boredom
