History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
