Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his sword, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is golden and curly. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adelard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Adelard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has moderate length brown hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Born in the north to a Actor, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Ralf took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scythe and armor he uses now. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has achieved small success as a Detective.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
