He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Dustin was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
