History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Kody has worked very hard to control his curse. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Kody was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
