History: Born in the south to a Adventurer, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Aldous abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
