History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Randal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
