History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. His skin is flawless and his hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
