History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His tied-back hair is auburn. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to share knowledge with the world
