The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Bernard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Trey hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was born in a small forest village. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
