History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
