History: Gifted from a young age, Peter studied abroad. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
