Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Aldous is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
