History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
