His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
