Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Manfred was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Actor. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
