He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Hunter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Kyle was born with his father's beautiful face. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Robert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Robert grew up listening to his father's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to be a engraver again
