History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born to a Servant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Servant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his painting dream.
