However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

History: Heward was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rolf will drive conversation. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.
