History: Peter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Godfrey alone in the world.
