Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in the east to a Navigator, Bernard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
