Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Charles would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Charles was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Seamstress. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
