History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Knight like his father before him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
