History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He prefers to wear flannel. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raymond was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and revenge

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a nunchaku on his belt. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with red slacks. He has golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trey fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Revenge.
